What we store

Your account email, access period and sign-in history, plus the project content you create: project idea inputs and prompts, uploaded call documents and templates, generated sections, budgets, decks, question pools and rehearsal notes.

How prompts and project ideas are stored

Everything you type — including your prompts and project idea fields — is saved in two places: a private copy in your account and a local mirror in your browser so the workspace restores instantly. Uploaded documents and images are kept as private files in storage that only your account can reach.

Encryption

Project content, prompts and idea inputs are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, both on our servers and in the browser copy. Each account gets its own encryption key derived automatically when you sign in; the key is never stored next to the data, and one account's key cannot read another account's content. Older projects created before encryption are encrypted the next time they are saved.

How it is used and shared

Your content is used only to operate the workspace for you: generating and validating drafts, exporting documents and running rehearsals. When you generate or review text, the relevant prompts and content are sent to AI providers for processing on your behalf; they do not use it for third-party model training. We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else.

Access control

Projects are private to your account. Database access rules restrict every record to its owner, and because content is encrypted, it can only be read with your account's key. Administrative access is limited to the operator for support and billing.

Retention and deletion

Content is kept while your access is active. You can ask for your projects and account data to be deleted at any time and we will remove them, including the encrypted copies.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to processing. Contact epampots@gmail.com.
