RIF PRE-SEED proposals
The PRE-SEED programme by the Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) offers equity-free funding up to €119,999 to support the creation and initial development of innovative startups in Cyprus. It covers early operational costs, personnel recruitment, prototype development, business planning, and marketing activities. Beneficiaries also gain access to RIF's free knowledge transfer and innovation support services.
