1. Access

b1d360 is a private, invitation-only workspace operated by Andreas Pamboris. Access is personal, non-transferable and may be limited in scope or duration, and may be revoked at any time.

2. Data we collect

We collect your account email and access period, sign-in history, and the project content you create: project idea inputs and prompts, uploaded call documents and templates, generated sections, budgets, decks, question pools and rehearsal notes. We also record basic, aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate country and device type) to understand how the site is used.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used only to operate the workspace for you: generating and validating drafts, exporting documents, running rehearsals, managing your access and, where applicable, billing. Project content, prompts and idea inputs are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, both on our servers and in the browser copy, and can only be read with your account's key.

4. How data is shared

We do not sell your data. When you generate or review text, the relevant prompts and content are sent to AI providers for processing on your behalf; they do not use it for third-party model training. Your projects are private to your account and are shared with no one else. Administrative access is limited to the operator for support and billing. 5. Your content

You retain all rights to the project ideas, documents and proposal text you upload or generate through the workspace. You grant b1d360 a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train third-party models.

6. Third-party materials

Call documents, templates, award criteria and evaluator guides you upload remain the property of the issuing authority or their respective rights holders. You confirm you are permitted to use them for preparing your own submission.

7. Our materials

The b1d360 name, logo, interface, methodology, prompts, instruction bundles, videos and documentation are owned by Andreas Pamboris and protected by copyright. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or make them available to third parties without written permission.

8. AI-assisted output

Generated drafts, budgets, decks and evaluations are assistive suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, eligibility, compliance and originality before submission, and for adding your own original expression to any text you submit.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the workspace to upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to access other users' projects.

10. No guarantee of funding

b1d360 helps you prepare stronger submissions. No funding, ranking or evaluation outcome is promised or guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the service.
